The theme for Armed Forces Day 2020 is “Soaring to New Heights”! It is about going above and beyond and to always dream bigger and shoot higher!
The Armed Forces Day 2020 Committee also wants to recognize the 10th anniversary of Armed Forces Day, the 80th anniversary of the birth of air defense in the RCAF and paying tribute to the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II.
“Soaring to New Heights” recognizes our regional science and technology sector, and challenges our citizens to be unafraid to pursue the growth of the STEM industry in our region.
